Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Items:
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Order Changes:
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
